Medibox Description
Medibox is a complete self-contained, customizable indoor growing solution for safety and efficiency. Medibox is sealable and waterproof making an "odor in and pest out" environment with built-in safety precautions.
The mildew and mold resistant Medibox ensures a sterile growing environment for a variety of plants. It's a system of high performance materials designed to withstand the continual harsh wash downs required in maintaining a clean environment. It's durable, white urethane coated insulated walls and ceiling make a reflective surface to spread light to produce efficient harvests.
The Medibox can be built to any configuration of 4' X 8' foot panels to suit any size growing facility. The Medibox currently comes in three pre-designed sizes suited for a variety of industrial needs. Medibox's modular kit-like fire rated airtight growing box will create a grow room from as small as 8' x 8' and 12' x 16' to as large as 12' x 24'. Larger custom designs are available on request.
Medibox main components are powder coated metal insulated wall and ceiling panels that fits most spaces. They are fiberglass reinforced with plastic bonded to the surface during the manufacturing stage. The complete system is energy efficient and durable.
Built-In Safety Precautions
Medibox Inc. assembles its units from the ground up. Wired by electricians and designed by engineers, the systems are designed for functional safety.
Our fire proof construction panels and integrated fire suppression are UL approved meeting most municipality codes. The on board fire suppression will stop a potential fire before it damages valuable plants or equipment.
Integrated Systems
Our Medibox is pre-configured with a fan, air-conditioning, air filters, and CO2 generator. A complete system can be confirgured with grow lights, ballasts, plumbing, electrical outlets, green lights for dark-time inspection, and complete air handling, temperaure, and humidity control. A grower can start with minimal capital (Price range: $10,000 to $20,000) and add options at anytime.
Automated Efficiency
We can make it possible for you to see you plants when they aren't directly in front of you. With streaming video with pan, tilt and 35x zoom, you can check-in on your babies while you're away using a smart phone or laptop computer. Your computer or smart phone will alert you to potential problems.
Automated lighting and temperature control and automated feeding systems are optional.
